The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 204.74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 179.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.08 per cent at Rs 225.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 222.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 90.12 per cent to Rs 3.18 crore from Rs 32.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 41.41 per cent at Rs 1.81 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.48 per cent to Rs 222.05 crore as against Rs 190.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.23 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 59.01 per cent y-o-y to Rs 18.35 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.55 crore).
