Approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025, attached as \Annexure-A.\\r\n2. Taken note that Credit facility has been renewed for working capital requirement.\r\nThe Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 PM and Concluded at 4:47 PM.
