Update on Acquisition of 100% equity shares of Himadri Power Limited.\r\n\r\nThis is to inform you that the Company has completed acquisition of 100% paid up equity share Capital of Himadri Power Limited. \r\n\r\nConsequent to the said acquisition, Himadri Power Limited has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd w.e.f 11.02.2026.
