The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.45 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.68 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.02 per cent at Rs 64.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.11 per cent to Rs 60.74 crore from Rs 53.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 54.97 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.42 per cent to Rs 3.89 crore as against Rs 7.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.50 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 23.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.13 per cent at Rs 0.98 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.61 crore).
