The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.63 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.74 per cent at Rs 55.28 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.09 per cent to Rs 54.44 crore from Rs 65.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.86 per cent at Rs 1.31 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.58 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 73.91 per cent to Rs 0.84 crore as against Rs 3.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 67.52 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 36.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.70 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.99 crore).
