PTC India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Board in its meeting scheduled to be held on 14th February 2026 may also consider declaration of interim dividend for FY 2025-26.
