The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 113.60 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 161.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 31.69 per cent at Rs 258.74 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 378.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.80 per cent to Rs 53.29 crore from Rs 85.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.20 per cent at Rs 44.56 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 39.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.90 per cent to Rs 205.45 crore as against Rs 293.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.61 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 19.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 136.42 crore
