In terms of Reg. 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into an MoU with Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) on 09 Feb 2026. This MoU was signed in order to form a Consortium for submitting a bid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender issued by the Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI).\r\n\r\nIn this regard the copy of the press release is enclosed herewith.
