The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.85 per cent at Rs 137.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 104.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.76 per cent to Rs 123.87 crore from Rs 94.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.39 per cent at Rs 0.54 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.66 per cent to Rs 13.69 crore as against Rs 10.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.61 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 72.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.49 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.52 per cent at Rs 1.94 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.93 crore).
