The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 141.84 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 127.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.90 per cent at Rs 645.03 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 537.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.34 per cent to Rs 416.84 crore from Rs 392.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.64 per cent at Rs 38.21 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 42.76 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 56.31 per cent to Rs 228.19 crore as against Rs 145.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.36 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 31.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.75 per cent at Rs 50.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 44.84 crore).
