The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.72 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.94 per cent at Rs 144.98 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.51 per cent to Rs 136.63 crore from Rs 140.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 133.33 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.30 per cent to Rs 8.34 crore as against Rs 6.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 35.61 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 36.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 77.42 per cent at Rs 1.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.93 crore).
