The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.69 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.97 per cent at Rs 152.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 148.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.09 per cent to Rs 136.04 crore from Rs 133.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 10.70 per cent to Rs 16.76 crore as against Rs 15.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.55 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 60.44 per cent at Rs 1.46 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.91 crore).
