The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.93 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 109.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 4583.33 per cent at Rs 16.86 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 63.21 per cent to Rs 0.39 crore from Rs 1.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 124.69 per cent to Rs 16.47 crore as against Rs 7.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 95.22 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 413.04 per cent at Rs 2.36 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.46 crore).
