The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.16 per cent at Rs 136.34 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.45 per cent to Rs 118.94 crore from Rs 87.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 37.46 per cent at Rs 4.33 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.87 per cent to Rs 17.41 crore as against Rs 16.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.77 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 213.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.77 per cent at Rs 5.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.31 crore).
