The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 15.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.78 per cent at Rs 241.65 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 305.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.96 per cent to Rs 223.74 crore from Rs 279.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 77.46 per cent at Rs 1.26 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.76 per cent to Rs 17.91 crore as against Rs 25.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.36 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 32.95 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.37 per cent at Rs 4.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.36 crore).
