Polo Queen Industrial And Fintech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that meeting of the\r\nBoard of Directors of Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday,\r\nFebruary 13, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited\r\nFinancial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.\r\nWe further wish to inform you that in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider\r\nTrading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider\r\nTrading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed for the designated\r\npersons and their immediate relatives/dependents from January 01, 2026 and will be reopen after 48\r\nhours of the results being made public available on February 13, 2026.
