The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\nIn terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company which has been closed from 1st January, 2026 in terms of our earlier intimation dated 29th December, 2025 relating to 'Closure of Trading Window', shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results on 13th February, 2026. \r\n
