The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.42 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.80 per cent at Rs 128.62 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.35 per cent to Rs 106.59 crore from Rs 85.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.44 per cent at Rs 3.43 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 85.59 per cent to Rs 22.03 crore as against Rs 11.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 57.01 per cent at Rs 5.26 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.35 crore).
