Atam Valves Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13th February, 2026 at 01:00 P.M. at Registered office of the company situated at 1051, Industrial Area, Jalandhar, Punjab-144004, inter-alia to consider, approve and take on records the Un-Audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025.
