The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 264.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 294.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.89 per cent at Rs 4,503.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,590.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.25 per cent to Rs 4,273.86 crore from Rs 4,327.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.30 per cent at Rs 234.52 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 283.57 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.49 per cent to Rs 230.11 crore as against Rs 262.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.82 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 28.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 103.62 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.70 per cent at Rs 87.91 crore (Dec'24 Rs 99.56 crore).
