The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 62.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 57.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.76 per cent at Rs 5,671.34 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,304.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.17 per cent to Rs 5,531.83 crore from Rs 4,185.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.06 per cent at Rs 7.58 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.11 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.42 per cent to Rs 139.51 crore as against Rs 118.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 11.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 42.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 74.77 per cent at Rs 27.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 15.54 crore).
