Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine-months ended 31st December, 2025 alongwith Limited Review Report thereon of the Statutory Auditors; and\r\n2. Other matters as per agenda.\r\n\r\nThe results along with the QR code will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in due course.
