Toss The Coin Ltd has entered into a Master CMO Retainer Service Agreement along with a Statement of Work (SOW) with Definian Data, LLC to provide end-to-end marketing services aimed at achieving the client’s strategic growth objectives.

The scope of work includes strategic enhancements, sales and marketing alignment, content and distribution expansion, and operational add-ons. The contract has been awarded by an international entity and will be executed over a period of one year (12 consecutive months).

The total order value stands at approximately Rs 81.40 lakh (USD 90,000). The company clarified that neither its promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related party dealings.
