The copy of the Notice of the Npotice of the 1st EGM is enclosed herewith.\r\n2. Cut-off date for the remote e-voting is Tuesday, 2nd February, 2026. The remote e-voting shall commence on Saturday, 21st February, 2-26 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and will end on Tuesday, 23rd February, 2026 at 5:00 P.m. (IST).
