Heidelbergcement India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 06 February 2026 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025.
