The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.47 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 76.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 62.08 per cent at Rs 667.42 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 411.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 65.14 per cent to Rs 611.55 crore from Rs 370.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 7.82 per cent at Rs 6.13 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.65 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.76 per cent to Rs 55.87 crore as against Rs 41.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.88 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 16.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 63.40 per cent at Rs 10.67 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.53 crore).
