Ashiana Housing Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 and for declaration of Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26, apart from transacting other routine items.\r\n\r\nPlease note that this Board meeting was initially scheduled to be held on 06th February 2026 and has been re-scheduled to 10th February 2026 for unavoidable circumstances.
