The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 171.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 78.90 per cent at Rs 65.96 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 94.58 per cent to Rs 57.13 crore from Rs 29.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 262.50 per cent at Rs 1.74 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.48 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.71 per cent to Rs 8.84 crore as against Rs 7.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.23 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 24.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 23.68 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.14 crore).
