The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.33 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 95.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 84.15 per cent at Rs 66.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 82.80 per cent to Rs 58.44 crore from Rs 31.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 94.81 per cent to Rs 7.89 crore as against Rs 4.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.78 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 280.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.76 crore, while Taxation increased by 71.43 per cent at Rs 1.80 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.05 crore).
