The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 37.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 54.98 per cent at Rs 74.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 56.26 per cent to Rs 52.05 crore from Rs 33.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.64 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 52.05 per cent to Rs 22.58 crore as against Rs 14.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.91 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 18.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.89 crore, while Taxation increased by 102.35 per cent at Rs 6.88 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.40 crore).
