Quadrant Future Tek Limited on Wednesday said it has received and accepted an offer from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, for the supply, retrofitment, testing and commissioning of 192 Onboard KAVACH Equipment Version 4.0, along with warranty and long-term annual maintenance.

The offer was received on January 28, 2026, and the total contract value stands at Rs 230.42 crore (inclusive of taxes).

The contract involves execution in line with RDSO specifications and is to be completed within a period of 12 months. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions.

The company clarified that promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in Integral Coach Factory, and the transaction has been undertaken on an arm’s length basis.

Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, is the awarding authority for the contract.
