The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.75 per cent at Rs 42.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 46.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.08 per cent to Rs 35.58 crore from Rs 36.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 93.75 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 34.00 per cent to Rs 6.64 crore as against Rs 10.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 26.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 8.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.23 per cent at Rs 1.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.56 crore).
