The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.52 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 58.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.19 per cent at Rs 331.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 285.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.98 per cent to Rs 285.37 crore from Rs 257.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 7.04 per cent at Rs 3.17 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 63.10 per cent to Rs 46.58 crore as against Rs 28.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.30 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 17.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 56.05 per cent at Rs 11.61 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.44 crore).
