India Motor Part - Board declares Interim Dividend

India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2026, inter-alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.10/- (100%) per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2025-26 on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 12.48 Crores.
