The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 152.70 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 140.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.61 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 44.46 per cent at Rs 1,136.29 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 786.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 46.53 per cent to Rs 835.66 crore from Rs 570.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 64.96 per cent at Rs 15.76 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 44.98 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.01 per cent to Rs 300.63 crore as against Rs 216.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.78 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 19.56 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.43 per cent at Rs 51.82 crore (Dec'24 Rs 49.15 crore).
