The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 155.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 95.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.51 per cent at Rs 1,546.75 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,294.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.25 per cent to Rs 1,279.56 crore from Rs 1,110.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 141.67 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 45.25 per cent to Rs 267.18 crore as against Rs 183.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.53 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 15.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.42 crore, while Taxation increased by 51.83 per cent at Rs 51.53 crore (Dec'24 Rs 33.94 crore).
