As of December 2025, 41.27% is owned by Indian Promoters and 58.73% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Bharat Wire Ropes company are Gyansankar Investment & Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd (217.76 lakhs shares / 31.75%), Manan Murarilal Mittal (17.80 lakhs shares / 2.60%), Mayank Murarilal Mittal (17.56 lakhs shares / 2.56%), Murarilal Mittal (13.28 lakhs shares / 1.94%) and Usha Murarilal Mittal (11.50 lakhs shares / 1.68%).
