As of December 2025, 71.66% is owned by Indian Promoters and 28.34% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Star Delta Trans company are Kishore Gupta (5.36 lakhs shares / 17.87%), Rakesh Gupta (5.24 lakhs shares / 17.46%), Mayank Gupta (4.18 lakhs shares / 13.94%), Manju Gupta (3.12 lakhs shares / 10.38%) and Archana Gupta (2.68 lakhs shares / 8.94%).
