This is to inform that the bord meeting held on Tursday January 20th 2026 stands adjourned as the financial quarterly standalone and consolidated results were not approved by the audit committee due to the process of assessing the financial impact of employment benefits during the employment and post employment is accordance with the new labor code. in this regard an external agency has been engaged for evaluation and the company is awaited their financial assessment report. Therefor the board meeting is also adjourned till Thursday 22nd January, 2026 to approve quarterly results for the quarter ended as on 31st December, 2025 and other matters
