Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited has received a work order from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for the supply of Crumb Rubber Modifier (CRM) on a contract basis. The order was awarded on January 19, 2026, and is valued at approximately Rs 75.79 crore, inclusive of 18 per cent GST.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure will supply CRM to IOCL’s CRMB plants located at Haldia and Mathura. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed over a period of two years.

The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in IOCL, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions. The development has been disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The order further strengthens Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure’s position in the supply of sustainable road construction materials and adds to its long-term revenue visibility.
