Longview Tea has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended December 31, 2025

As of December 2025, 44.38% is owned by Indian Promoters and 55.63% by Public.

Institutional holds 3.28% (Insurance Companies 2.96%) and Non-Institutional holds 52.36% as Public shareholders.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Longview Tea company are Pradip Kumar Daga (Deceased) (4.62 lakhs shares / 15.43%), Asha Devi Daga (3.22 lakhs shares / 10.74%), Jalpaiguri Holdings Private Limited (1.65 lakhs shares / 5.51%), Yashwant Kumar Daga (1.32 lakhs shares / 4.41%) and Nandini Daga (0.89 lakhs shares / 2.96%).
