The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.10 per cent at Rs 41.63 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.52 per cent to Rs 22.09 crore from Rs 20.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.26 per cent at Rs 1.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.23 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.55 per cent to Rs 19.54 crore as against Rs 18.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.39 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2.52 per cent at Rs 4.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.77 crore).
