Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve alteration in the Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company and alteration in the Article of Association and adoption of new set of Article of Association in place of the existing Article of Association of the Company, To transact any other incidental and ancillary matters as may be decided by the Board.
