Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench vide its order dated 14th January 2026, has approved the scheme of amalgamation between DLF Limited ('the transferee Company') with its 16 Wholly-owned subsidiaries ('the transferor Companies') with the Appointed Date of the Scheme as 1st April 2024. Consequent to the amalgamation, these 16 companies would stand dissolved without winding up and hence, cease to be the subsidiaries of the Company.
