The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 989.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 81.10 per cent at Rs 17.85 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 94.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 83.83 per cent to Rs 15.29 crore from Rs 94.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 492.00 per cent at Rs 4.44 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.75 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2241.67 per cent to Rs 2.57 crore as against Rs -0.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11153.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 1050.00 per cent at Rs 1.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
