As of December 2025, 47.35% is owned by Indian Promoters and 52.65% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Aptech company are Rekha Jhunjhunwala (121.98 lakhs shares / 21.03%), Rare Equity Pvt Ltd (118.21 lakhs shares / 20.38%), Gopikishan Shivkishan Damani (17.57 lakhs shares / 3.03%), Utpal H Sheth (9.08 lakhs shares / 1.57%) and Amit Goela (4.30 lakhs shares / 0.74%).
