The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7,363.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6358.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.82 per cent at Rs 37,996.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34,915.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.35 per cent to Rs 28,826.00 crore from Rs 26,361.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 127.47 per cent at Rs 2,277.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1,001.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.20 per cent to Rs 9,170.00 crore as against Rs 8,554.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.51 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 10.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 45.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.16 per cent at Rs 2,308.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2,486.00 crore).
