The Company has informed the BSE for withdrawal of its re-classification request for reclassification of B.C. Power Controls Limited from Promoter Group Category to Public category. The Company is withdrawing this request on receipt of withdrawal request from B.C. Power on 13.01.2026, copy of which is attached to the withdrawal request of the Company.
