As of December 2025, 72.88% is owned by Promoters and 27.12% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 50.95% and Foreign Promoters holds 21.93%.

Institutional holds 21.89% (Insurance Companies 1.43%) and Non-Institutional holds 5.22% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of ICICI Pru Life company are Icici Bank Limited (7376.06 lakhs shares / 50.95%) and Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited (3175.17 lakhs shares / 21.93%).
