VGL/CS/2025/125 dated 26th December, 2025 regarding closure of trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain close till 29th January, 2026 i.e., forty-eight hours after the date of Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 27th January, 2026.
